The exhibition opening will be held on 19/10 at 7 pm and will also be released book of the same name, with more than 30 pictures and stories and free distribution.
Both have as their theme the Brazilian Indians, photographed by Maristela Giassi during the period of 1 year, in three villages in the greater Florianópolis and Acre.
The shows that went through Paris, Vatican City and Portugal, will be on INN GALLERY 19 October to 03 November, following to Florianópolis.
The Indian depicted in your purest essence. The project is an invitation to bid farewell to the prejudices and closely observe the indigenous culture.

The exhibition brings to life the real life characters, as the Shaman Wherá Tupa, that to 108 top unusual energy radiates years; Kerexu Yxapyry, powerful woman, little speaks, defending your territory with all claws that nature and technology provide you with; and Aline, girl of 18 years, mom, responsible for the temazcal ritual in your village and also helps your mom in the rituals of the sacred feminine.
Natives of 5 villages were photographed: the villages of Great Florianópolis (SC) – M ´ Biguaçu, Village of Amaral and Morro dos Cavalos, populated by the Guarani – and the villages of Acre-Jordan River and new secret, ethnic Kaxinawá (Huni Kuin).
In total, are 16 fabrics, result of a work using the technique "You Paint"- Photo printed on canvas with paint finish, created by artist.
ABOUT MARISTELA GIASSI
Composer, painter, photographer, poet and entrepreneur. Participated with their photographic works in the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, in Vatican, at the Biennale de Odivelas, in Portugal. Award-winning photographer by academies of Arts in Brazil and abroad. Participated in two poetic anthologies. Ambassador of Divine Academie Française des Arts, Lettres et Culture, Member of the Academic Core of letters and arts of Lisbon and of the Group of poets free from Florianopolis.
Is dedicated to social activities in prisons, in psychiatric hospitals, the missing group, among others.
