EVENT CANCELLED – Artists and producers of Afro-Brazilian culture make conversation wheel the Armory

Artists and producers of Afro-Brazilian culture of Curitiba and metropolitan region are invited to the conversation that the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba and the Palmares Foundation promote next Thursday (12), às 14h, in the theater of the Armory. The meeting is part of the programming of the 244ª meeting of the national cultural incentive Commission, What happens this week in Curitiba.

The conversation will be conducted by the Fundação Palmares, public institution under the Ministry of culture, focused on promoting, preservation and enhancement of the cultural and artistic manifestations Brazilian black. Representatives of Fundação Palmares come to Curitiba to establish partnerships and to strengthen the relationship of local producers with national policies in this sector.

Will participate in the meeting the General Coordinator of strategic management of Fundação Palmares, Sandro dos Santos, the Adviser to human rights and Racial Equality of Curitiba, Igo Martini, the representative of the State Council for Racial Equality, Edna Coqueiro, the representative of the Municipal Council for Racial Equality, Denis Mariano, and the President of the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba, Marcos Cordiolli.

In the afternoon is also a Roundtable on the theme "Diversity", which participate in Igo Martini; Glauco Souza Lobo, representing the Afro-Brazilian culture; Nardi Casagrande, representing the Gypsy culture; Márcio Marins, who will speak about religions of African array; and Isidore Diniz, representing the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba.
