Proarte Gallery performs Third Auction of 2015 in October

Works for sale can be enjoyed on display in the Gallery,
in the period of 28 September to 5 October

On 6 October, at 9:30 pm, to Proarte Gallery performs his third art auction in 2015. Will be auctioned off 146 lots of 74 artists, Brazilians or persons naturalized Brazilians, that will be exposed in shows open to the public and free of charge in space, from 28 September to 5 October.

The traditional and most important event organised by Proarte almost 30 years as the refined selection of pieces, all marketed after careful source analysis. "I believe the love of art excels at any time that the market is living, but especially in this auction have great works of prominent artists like Portinari, I chose as cover, that ultimately becomes a buying opportunity ", says marchand Miguel Felmanas, with over three decades of expertise in the market.

The auction will present works by important artists like Tomie Ohtake, Cícero Dias, Emiliano Di Cavalcanti, Candido Portinari, Hector Carybé, Roberto Burle Marx, Alfredo Volpi, Iberê Camargo, Arcangelo Ianelli, Manabu Mabe, among other. The contemporaries, names are also known as Eduardo Kobra, Ana Elisa Egreja, Angella Conte, Claudio Tozzi, Luiz Flounder, Marcelo Tinoco and Marcio Penha Presto.

On occasion, will be on sale screens as "Man", charcoal drawing of Portinari 1938, part of the study to the Panel of the economic cycles of Brazil, exposed in the building of the regional representation of the Ministry of culture in Rio de Janeiro, and "Gabriela", a study for the first edition of the book by Jorge Amado, made by Di Cavalcanti in 1959.
