Photographic exhibition "shift(…)"transforms the common and everyday life in surreal

The "shift(…) the offset of a thought, a will, a feeling "Sander Riqueti will be on view in the Gallery EMBAP, from 17 October 2016, Monday to Friday, the 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, exceptionally days 19 and 26 October of 10:00 at 4:00 pm, it is Saturday, from 10:00 to 12:00. The exhibition gathers 40 images arranged in different panes, with photographic works carried out between 2015 and 2016, in Curitiba. On opening day 17, at 19h, will be held the release of the catalogue of the exhibition. On 18, at 7:00 pm there will be tour under the guidance of the artist.

With the aim of provoking the public questioning about the shift of where you are and where you want to get, the artist promoted a series of urban interventions for the composition of the works. In the exhibition the Viewer is asked to move the sensations and build their own narrative based on sensations experienced, reading and perception.

The project "shift(…) the offset of a thought, a will, a feeling "is accomplished through the program support and incentive to culture, of the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba and the municipality of Curitiba, by Unicultura – Free University of culture, Trent Cultural Issues, sponsored by companies Shopping Mueller and FH Consulting, and supported by the school of music and fine arts of Paraná – UNESPAR UNIVERSITIES.

The Artist

Sander Vital Riqueti was born in Capinzal-SC. Is a photographer and Visual artist, graduating in the Top Course of Engraving at the school of music and fine arts of Paraná. He studied photography at the European Centre, specialization in “Visual Arts: Culture and Creation” at SENAC-PR and participated in the Workshop Free of contemporary art "Edílson Viriato" in Curitiba to 2007 to 2012. Participated in collective and individual exhibitions of art, National Arts halls, international shows and exhibitions of photography, with some prizes and honorable mentions as the 8th International Festival of photographic image in Atibaia-SP and 5nd Salon FUNDARTE/SESC in Montenegro-RS. His last solo exhibition called "go(REAL)"was held in 2012 in the Cultural Space BRDE Villa Lions, in Curitiba-PR.
