Registrations are open to candidates Curitiba Culture Municipal Council for the biennium 2019/2021. The registration period will end on 19 September and the elections will be held on 26 September. The procedures for the election of members of civil society and the artistic community organized for the formation of the Council are in the public notices 112/2019 and 113/2019 available at the Cultural Foundation website.
The Council participates in the preparation and monitoring of public policies in culture and consists of 25 members and 25 alternates. The purpose of the call is to fill the nine vacancies of members and nine alternates reserved for the representatives of organized civil society, and the seven vacancies holders and seven alternate members of the artistic community and cultural. The other representatives are appointed by the executive and by the city of Curitiba.
Registration for candidates of organized civil society must be carried out in the nuclei of the Curitiba Cultural Foundation in the relevant regional administration to their domicile or residence, from Monday to Friday, 9am and 12pm and from 14h to 17h. Registration for candidates and voters representatives entities of the artistic and cultural community should be filed with the Protocol Division of the Curitiba Cultural Foundation, located in R. Rebolledo engineer, 1.732, between 9am and 12pm and from 14h to 17h, from Monday to Friday.
