Sesc Sorocaba's visual arts program is full of varieties in January, starting from the day 5. The public will be able to learn about contemporary design in a course, attend an exhibition and intervention, in addition to participating in an illustration workshop. All the attractions are free.
From 5 to 31 January, Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 to 9:30 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 10:0 to 6:30 pm, in the exhibition space, There will be the show “bikes”. The exhibition portrays several looks at the pedaling, with illustrations made by participants of the illustrated project that bring as its theme cycling and pedaling as exercise and leisure.
In the days 9 and 10 January, saturday and sunday, the 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, in various spaces of Sesc Sorocaba, there will be the intervention “Sericlet”, with visual artist Monica Schoenaker. The activity will be followed by a workshop open to the public, that works the impression of postcards and graphics through a mobile print unit.
The visual artists Flávia Aguilera, Márcia Porto e Mirella Mostoni ministrarão o curso “Diálogos intensivos com o desenho contemporâneo” durante os dias 9, 16, 23 and 30 January, Saturdays, the 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the hall 1. O objetivo do curso é desenvolver uma pesquisa em torno da linguagem do desenho contemporâneo como forma de acessar novos conteúdos e caminhos poéticos, através de um procedimento reflexivo e prático. Os interessados poderão se inscrever com antecedência na central de atendimento. The sequential activity, therefore, é imprescindível a presença durante todos os dias de curso.
A programação de artes visuais se encerrará no dia 28 January, farm, das 18h às 21h30, in the living area, com o evento “Ilustradoria”, destinado aos desenhistas, que traz o quadrinista João Azeitona.
