The project LEANDRO MACHADO - Path Archeology, who began his national / international traffic in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil and has passed through La Rochelle / France, on the next day 01 of June, Saturday, a partir the 19h, will the opening of the photo exhibition and book relaunch of homonyms, at Afro-Uruguayan Culture House, Montevideo / Uruguay. On this day, for distribution of the book, with autograph session and a chat visual artist on the process of creation with the audience.
The idea of the project Archeology Path emerged from the artist's travels in peripheral places Porto Alegre, capital of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil. "It seems that people of the city are only those flowing through the central districts. Porto Alegre is so broad, only, powerful! I went to places unknown and only knew the name. I found another Porto Alegre, sometimes even more beautiful than we know ", Leandro highlights.
The curator of the exhibition, Antônio Augusto Good, defines the work: "In addition to seeking visibility to these populations / communities / places, other power takes shape in fact bring people / knowledge / experience. With free entry, the exhibition Archeology Path It is in Montevideo to 15 of June, presenting about 20 photos that reveal a different Porto Alegre, descontruída authentic and by the look of the visual artist, who along with Paul Correa Photographer, toured several neighborhoods gauchos registering buildings, landscapes, everyday situations and people who live in these regions.

Gaucho Porto Alegre, Bachelor of Visual Arts - Painting enabling the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Degree in Art Education with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
